What exactly do you take?
40% of net profit — gross booking revenue less platform commission, housekeeping, utilities and maintenance, every line itemised before the split. No setup fee, no monthly retainer, no markup on expenses. If your property earns nothing in a month, we earn nothing.
Can I still use my own home?
Yes. Open the owner app, tap the date, block it — it syncs to every platform within minutes. We ask for reasonable notice on peak dates, and your agreement sets an annual owner-nights allowance.
When do I actually get paid?
Your statement is issued by the 5th and your payout is credited by the 10th business day. If we're late, we pay you 12% per annum on the outstanding balance — that clause is in the agreement, not a blog post.
What if a guest damages something?
Every guest is ID-verified and screened, and every booking carries the platform's host damage protection. We photograph the property at each turnover, so a claim is evidenced within hours. Approved repairs appear as a line on your statement.
I'm an NRI. Does that complicate things?
It's the case we're built for. Payouts to your NRO account, TDS deducted and deposited correctly, GST-compliant invoices monthly, and you never need to be in the country.
